Buildability™ — AI Property Intelligence

AI Property Intelligence for Government Agencies

Data version: Q2 2026 · Last updated 2026-05-13

TL;DR. Buildability™ delivers parcel-level zoning, environmental, and buildability analysis for U.S. government agencies — municipalities, counties, state DOTs, state housing, emergency management, and tribal nations. Built to complement existing permitting systems (Accela, Tyler EnerGov, CityView, CSDC Amanda) rather than replace them. Verifiable accuracy, citable data lineage, honest compliance roadmap.

Government-specific capabilities

Structured parcel analysis via REST API and MCP server, pre-application pre-screening widget for agency websites, bulk parcel screening for long-range planning, custom Buildability City Score™ benchmarking against peer jurisdictions, and a dedicated MCP endpoint with per-tenant OAuth scoping (roadmap). Every finding carries source citations with effective dates so outputs survive audit.

Who we serve

Incorporated U.S. cities and counties with planning, building, or code-enforcement departments; state agencies with permit, zoning, or land-use authority (DOT, state housing, emergency management); municipal-serving nonprofits (councils of government, regional planning bodies); tribal nations with land-use authority. Private developers, lenders, and brokers are served through our commercial pricing tiers.

Compliance roadmap

SOC 2 Type II audit in progress (auditor engaged, evidence collection underway). StateRAMP Low on roadmap after SOC 2; target H2 2026. FedRAMP Low long-term target after StateRAMP authorization. AES-256 encryption at rest (Supabase Vault, rotatable keys, U.S.-only regions) is in place today. All data residency in U.S. regions; no non-U.S. jurisdictions in the data path. Security posture documentation available under NDA.

Procurement paths

90-day free pilot available for agencies that can accept unsolicited offer terms. Cooperative purchasing vehicles pursued: NASPO ValuePoint (cloud services), Sourcewell, and OMNIA Partners.
