Referral commission program
Every paying Buildability™ customer auto-becomes a referral partner. Earn 20% recurring commission on the first 1-5 referred customers, 25% on 6-15, and 30% on 16+. Commissions are paid monthly for the lifetime of each referred subscription. No minimum volume, no exclusivity, no contract — sign up at /partners and get your Partner ID immediately.
Embeddable widget — free with attribution
Drop one script tag on your site to render Buildability Score™, zoning, and FEMA flood zone for any U.S. property. The widget is free with optional partner attribution (utm_source=widget, utm_medium=embed, utm_campaign=your-partner-id). Every click through to buildability.us is tracked, and conversions earn commission per the referral program above. Themes: light, dark, auto. Max-width 380px — fits any sidebar or listing card.
White-label and platform partnerships
High-volume platforms (10,000+ parcel queries per month) can negotiate revenue-share, custom branding, and white-label "Collateral Risk Assessment" PDFs with your brand on every report. Implementation is 1-2 weeks for most platforms.
