What is still free?
The live Score on any U.S. address — every factor, cited, unlimited, no card and no signup. Geo chat and the scenario sandbox are free forever too. What you pay for is the record: valuation, comps, owner, APN, lot dimensions and the parcel polygon.

How accurate is the property data?
Every finding cites the federal dataset it came from — FEMA, USGS, EPA, Census, or USDA — and sources are queried live on every fresh run — successful lookups are cached for up to 7 days — so you see the current official record. When a source has no data for a parcel, that factor simply drops out of the score rather than being estimated.
What if the data is not there?
Then you are not charged. The parcel record is what a paid report is for, so if we cannot reach the official record for your address the run is refused before any money moves — automatically, with no support ticket. And if the report did not help you decide, tell us within seven days and we refund it.
