1 credit = 1 full Buildability™ Report for any U.S. property, or 1 deliverable — an IC memo, council deck, or certificate. Geo chat, the live Score, and what-if scenarios are free forever; a credit is only spent when you (or Geo, with your OK) produce a deliverable.
Do credits expire?
Never. Buy 25 today, use 3 this month and the rest next year — your balance carries until you spend it. There is no subscription required to buy or hold credits.
How does the volume discount work?
It's automatic — the more credits in one purchase, the lower the per-credit price: $29 each for 1–4, stepping down to $6 each at 1,000+. The price you're quoted is the price you're charged.

How accurate is the property data?
Every finding cites the federal dataset it came from — FEMA, USGS, EPA, Census, or USDA — and sources are queried live on every fresh run — successful lookups are cached for up to 7 days — so you see the current official record. When a source has no data for a parcel, that factor simply drops out of the score rather than being estimated.
