Documentation

The Score, explained. The Widget, embedded.

The Buildability Score is one auditable 0–100 number built from live federal data — zoning, FEMA flood, USGS seismic, USDA soil, EPA radon, USFS wildfire, and utilities. These docs cover how the number is made and how to put the checker on your own site.

White-label & custom deployments

Cities, counties, and companies can run Buildability under their own brand — your logo, your domain, your residents’ or clients’ experience — with custom data integrations where your jurisdiction has authoritative parcel or zoning layers.

Attribution

If you display the Score to your users, attribute it as “Buildability Score (buildability.us)” near the number. Every published methodology version is frozen, so a stored score reproduces exactly, today and in ten years.
