1. Our Trademarks

The following are trademarks of ReadyPermit.AI, Inc. ("Buildability," "we," "us," or "our"). Two are pending registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO); the remainder are asserted as common-law marks:

2. Proprietary Methodology

The Buildability Score™ methodology is proprietary intellectual property of ReadyPermit.AI, Inc. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The multi-factor analytical framework (nine factors under methodology v2: zoning, flood, seismic, soil, radon, wildfire, utilities, terrain, and lot geometry)
• The weighted-factor scoring model and factor weighting system
• The missing-data handling and sub-score threshold architecture
• Jurisdiction-aware weighting and regional calibration systems
• The composite 0-100 scoring algorithm and letter-grade mapping
• Persona-aware report generation and narrative intelligence systems

These methodologies constitute trade secrets under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836) and applicable state trade secret laws. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial use of these methodologies is prohibited.

3. Correct Use of Our Trademarks

Required Practices

When referencing our trademarks in any published material, you must:

• Include the ™ symbol on the first or most prominent use in any document or page (e.g., "Buildability™")
• Use the trademark as an adjective, never as a noun or verb (e.g., "a Buildability™ report" not "a Buildability")
• Capitalize the trademark exactly as shown (e.g., "Buildability" not "buildability" or "BUILDABILITY")
• Never alter, abbreviate, or combine the trademark with other words (e.g., no "BuildabilityScore" or "MyBuildability")
• Include the attribution notice: "Buildability™ is a trademark of ReadyPermit.AI, Inc." in any publication

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use any of our trademarks in your product names, service names, company names, or domain names
• Use our trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without written permission
• Use our trademarks in any manner that is disparaging, misleading, or likely to cause confusion
• File trademark applications for marks identical or confusingly similar to our trademarks
• Use our trademarks in advertising, promotional materials, or marketing campaigns without written authorization
• Create derivative works, logos, or designs incorporating our trademarks
• Use our trademarks as keywords for paid search advertising without authorization

4. Partner and Licensee Usage

Authorized partners, resellers, and API integrators may reference Buildability™ trademarks solely as necessary to accurately describe their relationship with ReadyPermit.AI, Inc., subject to the following conditions:

• Usage must be approved in writing by ReadyPermit.AI, Inc. prior to publication
• All usage must comply with brand guidelines provided by ReadyPermit.AI, Inc.
• The trademark must always appear less prominently than the partner's own brand
• Materials must include the attribution: "Buildability™ is a trademark of ReadyPermit.AI, Inc. Used with permission."
• ReadyPermit.AI, Inc. reserves the right to revoke usage authorization at any time

5. Reporting Infringement

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of our trademarks, trade dress, or proprietary methodology, please report it immediately. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights.
