In Billing, “Cancel plan” ends Pro at the close of the paid period. “Manage payment & invoices” changes your card. Report purchases take a card at checkout, so nothing is stored to change.

Yes. In Settings, “Export all data” downloads one JSON file with your profile, reports, properties and chats. Secrets are never included.

Settings → Profile → Delete account. It can’t be undone and it cancels Pro. If you own a workspace with other people, hand it over first.

No one sees who searched. A scored address can appear on a public /score page that shows its free Score and read date, never who checked it. Your saved properties and reports are visible only to you and the teammates you invite.

Yes. Traffic is encrypted (TLS 1.2+, HTTPS only). The address you look up is sent to the data providers listed on /compliance so we can read its record. Your account, saves and reports are never sold.

Yes. Cities, counties and companies can put their name, logo and colour on reports and the embeddable widget. A custom report domain is on the roadmap. Email team@buildability.us to scope it.
