Is Geo actually an agent, or a chatbot with canned answers?
A real tool-calling agent. It decides which of its nine tools to run, runs them against the live engine, and answers from their output, with the tool calls visible in the chat. The reasoning layer is model-agnostic; we route to whichever frontier model wins each task.
What does Geo cost?
Chat is free, forever, with no signup on the live map. Reports only buy deliverables (full reports, IC memos, decks, certificates), and when you ask Geo to produce one, it tells you the cost and asks before spending.
Does it hallucinate numbers?
Scores and parcel facts come from tool output, the same engine that builds your reports, never the model’s memory. Every finding carries its source, and if a tool has no data, Geo says so.
