What file formats work?
CSV, TSV, or plain text with one parcel per row. Excel users: File → Save As → CSV. Headers are detected and skipped automatically.
Is my list private?
The counting and the quote happen entirely in your browser — nothing uploads until you book the run. When you do, your list is used only to produce your reports.
What does each parcel get?
Every row gets the live 0–100 score, grade, and status from the same engine a full report uses. Open any row to pull its full report — all nine factors, zoning, and source citations.
How fast is a run?
We confirm scope and timing by email the same day you book. Every report is computed by the real engine from cited sources — parcels already looked up within the last 7 days reuse their cached facts, everything else is fetched live.
What about more than 10,000 parcels?
The public curve prices to 10,000. Beyond that we quote by hand — same engine, custom delivery, SSO and audit logs available.
