Quickstart

Score any US address for free in about 20 seconds, read what the record says, and open the full report only if you need it. No account is needed for the Score.

Score your first parcel

  1. Open Properties

Go to Properties. It works signed out. Type an address in Score an address and pick a suggestion, or press Enter.

  2. Watch the sources answer

The first lookup of an address reads its sources live; each one lights as it answers. A repeat lookup of the same address is instant.

  3. Read the Score

You get a 0–100 Score, its grade and band, every factor with its sub-score and source, and the hazard detail behind them: flood zone, slope, soil ratings, wildfire, wetlands. Any cap that lowered the Score is named with the record that set it.

  4. Decide on the report

Locked rows on the page show what the paid report adds: owner and APN, the district’s height, setbacks and FAR, the envelope fitted to this lot, value and comparable sales, incentives. One report is $99. If we can’t reach the official parcel record for the address, you aren’t charged.

  5. Open it

Signed in, Open the Property Report spends one report from your balance; reopening it later is free. Without an account, buy it as a guest from the checker or an address’s public Score page. It opens as soon as payment goes through, and you can save it to an account afterwards.

Other ways to search

Under More ways to search: coordinates (30.27, -97.74), an APN with its state (0204050817, TX), a pin dropped on the map, or a pasted list of addresses. On a phone, Score where I’m standing uses your location.
