The Score is free. The report is $99, bought once per parcel, and it never expires. There is no subscription to start.

- The Score on any US address, with every factor, source and hazard detail
- Search in every mode, the map, quick screens and the sweep
- Bulk scoring of up to 500 addresses at a time
- Chatting with Geo, scenarios and area screens
- Reopening and re-running any report you’ve bought
Free lookups are rate-limited per connection to keep the service up (30 a minute, 1,000 a day).
Reports
Your balance is counted in reports. One report opens the full report on one parcel. The price per report falls with the number you buy at once:

The discount applies itself at checkout. $79 is the floor. Reports in your balance never expire.

Anything that spends asks first and shows the cost. Nothing is charged on a click.
Pro
Pro is $289 a month and includes 3 reports a month, which roll into your balance. It adds a shared team workspace with roles and invites, and priority support. Invited teammates don’t need their own subscription: they draw on the workspace’s balance. Pro is month to month. See Pricing for the full comparison.
Paying
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, through Stripe.
- Buy as a guest without an account; the report opens as soon as payment goes through, and you can attach it to an account later.
- Add a tax ID at checkout and it prints on the receipt.
- Billing lists your purchases with a Stripe receipt for each.
Refunds and cancelling
- No record, no charge. If we can’t reach the official parcel record, you aren’t charged.
- Seven-day refund. If a report didn’t help you decide, email team@buildability.us within 7 days of purchase with the address or your account email, and we refund it in full.
- 14-day money-back on a new Pro subscription.
- Cancel Pro from Billing. It stays active to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Deleting your account cancels a Pro subscription immediately. If the cancellation can’t be confirmed, nothing is deleted.
